Nicolas A. Luaces, President of Nick Luaces Design Associates has over 30 years of Interior Design experience in the multi-family-hospitality industry as well as the hi-end residential field. He graduated with a bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami and is a licensed Interior Designer in the state of Florida.

After his graduation Nick Luaces participated in the design of notable commercial and residential projects in the State of Florida as well as nationally and internationally.


In 1999, Nick Luaces founded his own Interior Design firm which he based in Coconut Grove, Florida and continued with his specialty in the design of multi-family and hospitality public spaces in some of the signature buildings in the Miami area such as the Turnberry Ocean colony, Latitude on the River, Brickell Emerald, The Bath Club and Everglades on the Bay (now Vizcayne) just to name a few.

Nationally, NLDA has also designed a vast amount of projects such as, Turnberry Towers and Turnberry Place IV in Las Vegas, Nevada, Parkshore Plaza in St. Petersburg, Florida, Turnberry Tower, Arlington, Virginia, Water's Edge, Clearwater, Florida and the Peninsula, Jacksonville, Florida.

In the residential field NLDA has provided turn-key design services to its clientele in some of the most sophisticated addresses in Florida such as: Fisher Island, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Palm Beach and Sunset Island in Miami Beach.
